We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser with 10–15 years of experience in an apparel export house. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in knit garments, costing, Time & Action (T&A;) management, and buyer communication. Candidates must have prior experience handling Skechers and should be capable of independently managing the complete order lifecycle from product development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage Skechers buyer account and maintain robust buyer relationships.
Handle end-to-end merchandising from order confirmation to final shipment.
Prepare accurate garment costings and ensure target margins are achieved.
Develop and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure on-time execution and delivery.
Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams.
Follow up on fabric,



trims, sample approvals, PP meetings, and bulk production.
Resolve production and delivery issues proactively to meet buyer expectations.
Ensure timely buyer communication, documentation, and shipment updates.
Monitor order status and maintain merchandising MIS reports.

Requirements
10–15 years of merchandising experience in an apparel export house.
Solid knowledge of knit fabrics, garment construction, costing, and T&A; management.
Proven experience handling Skechers buyer is mandatory.
