This role goes beyond calendar managementit's about driving coordination, ensuring seamless communication, tracking key initiatives, and enabling the MD to stay focused on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Credit, Sales, HR, Finance, and Compliance.
Act as the communication bridge between the MD and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Follow up with teams on pending tasks, reports,



and action items.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Project & Task Management
Track deadlines and monitor ongoing tasks and projects.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support cross-functional initiatives and assist in project coordination.
Management Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from various departments.
Prepare presentations, reports, and management updates to support decision-making.
Executive Support
Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
Anticipate requirements and keep the MD informed about upcoming priorities, meetings, and commitments.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
