Role Summary
The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance and health of project portfolio.

The role ensures data-driven decision-making by providing insights on financials, risks, and timelines, enabling effective portfolio governance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyse & report on project portfolio
Prepare dashboards and reports
Create projects & maintain data quality
Analyze forecast vs. actuals and ensure consistency




Ensure data accuracy across portfolio and financial systems
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for updates and adherence to KPIs
Support governance, reporting timelines, and compliance

Key Skills
Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of portfolio/project management tools
Solid analytical and financial analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
3–7 years of experience in portfolio management, project governance, or financial analysis
