HR Executive

The HR Executive will manage and support all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth coordination between management and staff, while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding current employees.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR software/database updates.
Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Organize training, workshops, and skill development programs for staff growth.
Drive employee engagement activities to build motivation and retention.
Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, goal-setting).
Address employee grievances and provide HR support in conflict resolution.




Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
Track and analyze HR KPIs: employee turnover, training hours, recruitment efficiency, staff satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Solid knowledge of HR practices, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proactive, organized, and people-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
