Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily manpower deployment across operations.
Operational KPI Management.
Monitor day-to-day operational work and ensure smooth execution.
Increase overall productivity through proper planning and execution.
Communicate effectively with vendors, government officials, and employees.
Handle work pressure and resolve operational challenges smartly.
Ensure timely reporting and updates to management.
Maintain proper records and data using MS Excel.
Demonstrate solid time management and smart work skills.
Be ready to conduct field visits whenever required to ensure compliance and smooth functioning.
Eligibility
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Operations (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, multi-site operations of a large network of people & vehicles.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Smart, qualified, and proactive personality.
