Job Purpose
To provide strategic & operational leadership; and drive the company’s growth, transformation and value creation agenda. The CEO will be responsible for accelerating growth across the CDMO, API and regulated pharmaceutical businesses, strengthening organizational capabilities, expanding global customer relationships; and positioning the company as a globally respected pharmaceutical platform. The executive will be accountable to deliver sustainable and profitable growth with the objective of scaling the business.

Strategic Leadership & Business Transformation
Develop and execute a comprehensive turnaround and growth strategy.
Create and execute a long-term business plan aligned with the company’s growth aspirations.
Drive organizational transformation through modernization, digitalization and operational excellence initiatives.
Drive operational excellence programs and ensure manufacturing reliability,
efficiency and quality across all facilities.
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Drive revenue growth and profitability across APIs and Intermediates business.
Rebuild and expand the company’s historical CDMO business. Collaborate with R&D; teams to develop differentiated offerings for global customers.
Rebuild and strengthen relationships with global innovator pharmaceutical companies.
Lead customer acquisition and strategic account development initiatives.
Expand presence across regulated markets including North America, LATAM, Europe and Japan.
P&L; Ownership
Assume full responsibility for business performance, revenue growth and profitability.
Develop annual operating plans and strategic growth initiatives.
Optimize business portfolio, margins and capital allocation.
Drive productivity improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.
