Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The role focuses on fulfilling manpower requirements within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
Understand manpower requirements from HODs.
Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.
Conduct reference and background verification.
Negotiate salary within the approved salary structure.
Prepare and release offer letters.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of recent employees.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

HR Operations (20%)
Coordinate employee documentation during joining.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Assist in induction and orientation programs.
Support attendance and leave record coordination.
Maintain recruitment reports and monthly hiring dashboards.
Coordinate with payroll and administration for recent employee onboarding.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
