Role & responsibilities
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
7+ years of experience in contract management within real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Experience working with reputed developers, contractors, or PMC organizations.
Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, subcontracts, and work orders.
Manage tendering activities including bid evaluation, techno-commercial analysis, and contractor selection.
Positive communication and stakeholder management
