Job Title:- Head of Finance & Accounts

About the Job:

The Accounts Head will lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring the organization's financial stability, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strategic finance qualified to oversee accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and ERP-driven financial processes while supporting business growth through effective financial planning and process optimization.

Work Details:
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Saturday)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification may also be considered.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the Textile, Manufacturing, Trading, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (Mandatory).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS Reporting.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
