Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and up-to-date DevOps practices. Experience with frontend technologies such as React is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
Work with AWS cloud services including EMR, S3, ECS, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews,



troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
Work in an Agile environment using Git and JIRA for version control and project tracking.

Required Skills:

Backend & Services : Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture

Streaming & Messaging: Apache Kafka

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EMR, S3, ECS, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch)

CI/CD & Tools: GitLab Pipelines, Git, JIRA

Frontend (Good to Have): HTML, JavaScript, React / Redux

Required Experience:
7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and Agile software development.
