Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
Build and enhance applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Implement and support Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Insights – Data.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, custom APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, deployments, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
4–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
Robust development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.




Hands-on implementation experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
.
Hands-on implementation experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
.
Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Valuable understanding of solution management, security model, and ALM.

Preferred Skills
Experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
.
Experience with
Omnichannel for Customer Service
.
Azure integration experience (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) is an added advantage.
Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI capabilities is a plus.
