Order Conversion Ratio
Project Pipeline Management
Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective workflow.
Manage Experience centre and product displays for maximum appeal.
Customer Relationship Management
Payment Collection
Recruit, train, and manage staff.
Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations.
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
Utilize digital and offline marketing strategies to attract customers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of sales techniques and interior sales management.
Familiarity with furniture trends and interior design preferred.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or MBA with 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales related to interior / project field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
