Role Responsibilities:
Complete handling of construction site store operations and material management
Receiving, verifying, recording and issuing materials as per PO and approved requisitions
Maintaining stock registers, monitoring consumption and preventing wastage/pilferage
Coordinating procurement, verifying challans/invoices and managing material reconciliation
Ensuring proper storage, minimum stock levels and conducting monthly stock verification

Requirements:
Solid knowledge of construction materials and site store management
Experience in stock handling, material reconciliation and documentation
Basic knowledge of billing support and quantity tracking
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Ability to maintain discipline and control over material movement
Must bring own 2-wheeler on the day of joining
Minimum 4 yrs of experience is required in building construction.
