Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Architect based in Worli, Mumbai. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design efforts, collaborate with international and local partners, and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with Provenance Land’s high standards.



Responsibilities include creating design concepts, managing design development, preparing and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability goals. The Senior Architect will also play a critical role in integrating creative vision with functional and aesthetic requirements.

Qualifications
Expertise in Architectural Design, Conceptual Design, and Project Development
Strong skills in Technical Drawings, Construction Documentation, and Compliance with local building norms
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
Experience in managing cross-functional collaborations with design consultants, engineers, and contractors
Solid understanding of Green Building standards and sustainable design principles
Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master'
