As a Senior Auditor, you will play a critical role in strengthening Hansen’s global compliance and risk assurance framework.
Ensure adherence to ISO, SOC, and ISAE standards across global operations
Challenge audit scopes, assumptions,



and evidence to ensure real value
Protect customer trust through solid compliance practices
Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
Influence process improvement and operational excellence

This role goes beyond audit execution, you will actively own audit integrity and challenge outcomes, not just coordinate them.

What You’ll Do
Lead and execute internal audits for ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2022, SOC1, SOC2, and ISAE3402
Perform risk-based audits across full product lifecycle, IT systems, and processes
Ensure continued certification for ISO standards and SOC reports
Liaise with external auditors and manage evidence reviews and follow-ups
Prepare audit reports with explicit findings, risks, and recommendations
Advise management on compliance gaps and remediation strategies
Collaborate with global teams to ensure audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement by implementi
