About the Role
ZFORB International is looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives with experience in pre-sales, telecalling, and client invitation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Invite customers to company presentations and promotional events.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting targets.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Invitation Campaigns.
Experience in Hotels, Vacation Ownership/Timeshare, Luxury Automobiles, Banking, Real Estate, or Hospitality will be preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
