Job Summary:

As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle to maintain application integrity and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Robust knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira,



or Trello
Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Acceptance, and Re-Testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve test coverage
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings
Execute manual and automated test cases
Validate API responses, response time, error codes, XML/JSON data
Maintain proper QA documentation and reports
Contribute to automation and improve testing processes

Test Planning & Execution:
Understand requirements and prepare detailed test plans and test cases
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
Ensure software meets quality standards before release

Automation:
Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts
Identify areas where automation can improve efficiency

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT
