Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced SAP MM Team Lead to head our SCM consulting team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of SAP SCM consultants (must have led a team of 5+ people)
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery
Conduct team reviews, provide guidance, and support skill development
Act as point of escalation for complex issues
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Ensure alignment of SCM processes with business objectives
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SCM systems
Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance
Work across key SAP SCM modules: MM/TM/LE
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of SAP experience with solid focus on SCM modules
Proven experience leading a team of 5+ people
Preferred skill set: SAP MM (TM and LE knowledge is a plus)
Solid stakeholder management and business communication skills
