Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and research-driven Subject Matter Expert Multimedia to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge educational content in the fields of Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Web Design. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering video-based learning (microlearning and long-form), conducting masterclasses, and upskilling academic faculty. This role offers the unique prospect to shape the next generation of digital creatives in India.
Ideal candidates should have a solid command of design and visual communication principles, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have a demonstrated ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners. Familiarity with evolving design technologies, including Generative AI tools, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
Design and develop structured Multimedia learning modules in formats such as video, eBooks, and interactive tools.
Create both microlearning and long-form content aligned with current industry standards and learner outcomes.
Write accurate, well-researched content, scripts, and storyboards tailored for Multimedia and Design education.
Academic Engagement
Conduct engaging Masterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshops for students across institutions.
Mentor students on real-world design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstone assignments.
Facilitate faculty development programs to enhance teaching methodologies and tech fluency.
Support student teams participating in design and multimedia competitions like 24FPS International Animation Awards and MAAC Creative League.
Industry Research & Curriculum Innovation
Stay current with the latest tools, platforms, and trends in design, UI/UX, web development, and creative technologies.
