We are hiring a Technical Quotation Expert to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for our technical/engineering products & services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reading technical specifications, costing, and coordinating with the sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical quotations based on client requirements, drawings, and specifications
Calculate costing (material, labour, overheads, margins) accurately
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to finalize pricing
Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and revision history
Communicate with clients/vendors to clarify technical requirements
Ensure quotations are submitted within deadlines
Analyze past quotations to improve pricing accuracy and win rate

Required Skills:
Valuable understanding of technical/engineering terminology and specifications
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and quotation




Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Eligibility:
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, or relevant technical background preferred
Prior experience in quotation, costing, or technical sales support preferred
