We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Front Office Associate to support our daily operations and provide an exceptional experience to our customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception and front office operations efficiently.
Welcome customers, architects, builders, consultants, vendors, and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate appointments for the Sales, Service, and Management teams.
Maintain customer records,



enquiry logs, AMC records, and service documentation.
Prepare quotations, business correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, Purchase, and HR departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain office files, customer databases, and digital records with accuracy.
Monitor incoming and outgoing courier services and office documentation.
Support customer follow-up activities and ensure prompt communication.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure a qualified office workplace at all times.
