Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Field Operations Sales (FOS) for one of India's leading health insurance companies. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Field Operations Sales (FOS) Executives.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and customer interactions.
Develop and implement market penetration and sales strategies.
Assign daily targets and track team productivity.
Generate new business through direct sales and team efforts.
Maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards,



and productivity trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless business operations.
Support the team in closing high-value sales opportunities.
Conduct coaching sessions to improve team performance and engagement.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a field sales team.
Strong hands-on experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
Candidates from the Insurance or BFSI industry will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
