Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cardiac Care Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Allied Health Sciences.
Certification in Echocardiography (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a 2D Echo Technician in a hospital or diagnostic center.
Freshers with relevant training may be considered.
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality 2D Echo, Doppler, and Color Doppler examinations as prescribed.
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Assist the cardiologist during specialized cardiac diagnostic procedures when required.
Record and maintain accurate patient data and investigation reports.
Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of echocardiography equipment.
Follow infection control practices and hospital safety protocols.
Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Coordinate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare specialists for effective patient care.
