Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, curious, and technology-savvy Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Sourcing & Intelligence team.

In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop cutting-edge sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, generate market intelligence, and leverage GenAI and AI-enabled recruiting tools to identify and engage world-class talent globally.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative sourcing strategies for global hiring across multiple business functions and geographies.
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, qualified communities, and industry events.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-Ray search, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.




Leverage AI and GenAI-powered recruiting tools to accelerate candidate discovery, personalize outreach, automate research, and improve sourcing productivity.
Create talent maps, organizational charts, competitor analyses, succession maps, and market intelligence reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
Conduct industry research including talent availability, hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, competitor movement, and emerging skill landscapes.
Partner with recruiters to define target talent personas and build long-term pipelines for critical and niche skill areas.
Develop compelling candidate engagement strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract passive talent.
Maintain accurate sourcing activity, talent insights, and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
