Job Summary
Canam Consultants Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with prospective students, generate leads, schedule counselling appointments, and provide basic information about our overseas education services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
Explain the company's services and guide candidates regarding counselling.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Schedule appointments for counsellors.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Key Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of telecalling,
customer service, or sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Fluency in English and Hindi (Punjabi will be an added advantage).
