Role responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for existing ISIS Papyrus template configurations and document-generation processes.
Investigate and resolve template, composition, formatting, data-mapping, and production issues.
Deliver minor enhancements to existing correspondence, statements, notices, and other customer communications.
Work with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and operational stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement changes.
Support testing, deployment, release documentation, and post-release validation.
Assist the team migrating existing Papyrus templates and communications to Quadient Inspire.
Analyse current Papyrus configurations and help document template logic, dependencies, data sources, and migration requirements.
Help maintain configuration standards, version control, and technical documentation.

Essential skills and experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ISIS Papyrus, ideally within a CCM or document-composition environment.
Experience configuring and maintaining Papyrus templates,



including layout, variable data, rules, branding, and output formats.
Strong troubleshooting skills across template configuration, input data, batch processing, and document output.
Experience making minor template changes and supporting live production environments.
Understanding of CCM concepts, including print and digital communications, document composition, and correspondence management.
Ability to work closely with a migration team and support the transition from ISIS Papyrus to Quadient.
Positive written communication skills and the ability to produce explicit technical documentation.

Desirable skills
Exposure to Quadient Inspire or other CCM platforms.
Experience with template migration, rationalisation, or modernisation programmes.
Familiarity with XML, structured data, APIs, SQL, or scripting.
Experience in regulated settings such as financial services, insurance, utilities, or
