Role & responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Understand business priorities, workforce requirements, and growth plans.
Provide HR insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive manpower planning in collaboration with business heads.
Support critical and leadership hiring.
Ensure timely recruitment to meet business needs.
Performance Management
Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
Coach managers on performance management and feedback.
Address performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required.




Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Foster a positive employee experience and engagement.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Identify high-potential employees.
Develop succession plans for key positions.
Support career development and internal mobility.
Learning & Development
Conduct training needs analysis.
Coordinate technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
Monitor learning effectiveness and skill enhancement initiatives.
Compensation & Perks
Support salary benchmarking and annual compensation reviews.
Ensure fair and competitive reward practices.
Advise managers on compensation decisions within company policies.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement initiatives.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
