Leads regional pricing and surcharge filing processes to ensure compliance, optimize revenue, and enable effective commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain market rate price setting and surcharge filing with speed and quality.
Partner with Ocean Product, Ocean Surcharge, and Functional Platform Owner teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Federal Maritime Commission, Safety, Security & Setting and other government filing regulations across all pricing activities.
Maintain and optimize pricing and surcharge database size to ensure system performance and cost efficiency.
Provide pricing and surcharge analytics to commercial teams for decision-making and revenue management.
Collaborate with platform teams on process and system launches to enable automation and scalability.

Accountabilities
Accurate and timely execution of market rate pricing and surcharge filings in compliance with Federal Maritime Commission and other government regulations.




Optimization and simplification of pricing and surcharge processes in collaboration with Ocean Product and Functional Platform Owner teams.
Delivery of actionable pricing and surcharge insights to commercial and platform teams to support revenue growth.
Talent management and development of team members to build capability and engagement.

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills
Master's or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Pricing, Tender Management, Contract Management, and Performance Management, with a robust customer-centric mindset.
Minimum 6 years of experience leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of driving performance and operational excellence.
The position requires excellent written and spoken English skills
Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
Knowledge of Pricing Quoting, Contracting and shipping industry
