Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the monthly/quarterly revenue and occupancy target for the region.
Recruit, train, and performance-manage Sales Associates.
Build and manage broker/channel partner relationships for lead flow.
Own pricing/discount approvals within policy and escalate exceptions.
Review and maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with Marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback.
Submit monthly sales performance and forecast reports to leadership.
Site visit at our workspace frequently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
