Role & responsibilities We are looking for a skilled qualified who can independently manage 3D tool design, product development, and reverse engineering for thermocol (EPS/EPP) molding applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing recent molds, modifying existing tools, developing 3D CAD models, and converting scanned data into production-ready tool designs.

Preferred candidate profile
Design 3D molds, dies, and tools for thermocol components.
Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and drawings.
Perform reverse engineering from:
3D scanned data
Physical samples
Customer product samples
Convert STL/scan/point cloud data to CAD models suitable for tool development.
Coordinate with production and tool room for:
Mold trials
Tool modifications
Issue resolution
Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to ensure smooth production.
Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision history.
Work closely with:
Tool Room
Production
Quality
Sales/Customer support teams
