Saral Advanced Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Front Desk Officer (FDO) for the night shift (12 hours) at our Pitampura, Recent Delhi centre.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer in the medical field, who can manage front-desk operations, greet and assist patients, and ensure smooth coordination during night hours.

Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours)
Roles Responsibilities
Greet, receive and assist patients and visitors at the front desk during the night shift.
Handle patient registration, appointment and query management, and basic billing.
Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a skilled manner.
Coordinate with lab, technical and support staff for smooth night-shift operations.
Maintain front-desk records, reports and documentation accurately.
Ensure a courteous, skilled and well-organised front-desk experience at all times.
