Must have:
Robust programming proficiency in Python, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.
Deep hands-on expertise with TensorFlow and PyTorch including building custom model architectures, writing training loops, mixed-precision training, and distributed training at scale.
Strong expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI — including designing and training Transformer-based architectures, CNNs, RNNs, and working with LLMs at a model level.
Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, probability, and statistical modelling. Proficiency with MLOps tooling.
Hands-on experience working with large-scale data systems using SQL, NoSQL, or Spark (a plus).

Good to have:
Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for automated model delivery.
