Job Description

Tester with Payments Domain Experience Chennai · Full-time · In office

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Manual Tester with expertise in the Payments domain, particularly in SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, and messaging standards. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in business walkthroughs to understand documents shared by the Bank
Understand business requirements, functionality, workflow, screen navigation, and acquire knowledge on the application to be tested
Raise functional and business clarifications
Design Test case and Test data documents




Incorporate review comments on prepared Test ware
Log test execution results, including pass logs, defect logs, re-raise logs, and closure logs

Requirements
Have 5 to 10 years of experience
Possess strong knowledge of SWIFT, ISO20022, SEPA, MT, and MX messages
Have a basic to positive understanding of manual testing practices
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated attitude
Ability to analyze and resolve issues reported in production
Possess solid collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
