key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor daily packing operations.

* Ensure packing quality, quantity, and packing targets are achieved.

* Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.

* Update inward and outward stock in the ERP on a daily basis.

* Monitor, packaging material, and finished goods stock.

* Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Supervise container loading and verify loading quantities and documentation.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.

* Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain proper documentation and inventory reports.

Requirements





* Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.

* 2–5 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or inventory management (food manufacturing experience preferred).

* Hands-on experience with ERP software.

* Valuable knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

* Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
