Responsibilities:
Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and architectural layouts
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Prepare and review construction drawings and documents
Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project requirement
Work collaboratively with design and execution teams to achieve project timelines

Required Skills:
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software
Positive understanding of materials, interior detailing, and construction methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Additional Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects
Solid time-management skills
Immediate joiner preferred
