Job description:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Source recent sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
Language Training: Teach German Language to students A1 & A2 (Offline and Online).
Documentation: Convert the documents from English to German, Proof read the documents, etc. and vice versa.
Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team, German team on lead-nurturing campaigns and route highly complex prospects.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
Customer Consultations: Assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and conduct engaging virtual product demos.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Fresher/ up to 2 years
Education:



B2 German Language Level.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence and comfortable dialing high volumes daily.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency with corporate productivity tools, web presentation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Soft Skills: Robust listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a relentless drive to achieve goals.

Work Location: Noida- sector-94, In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
