Develop annual business development plans aligned with Group objectives.
Explore opportunities for diversification and expansion into current markets.

Revenue Generation
Develop strategies to increase revenue across existing business verticals.
Identify high-value clients, institutional customers, and corporate partnerships.
Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and business alliances.
Monitor revenue performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, industry associations, and strategic partners.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
Represent the Group at industry events, trade exhibitions, and business forums.

Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging market opportunities.
Provide management with insights and recommendations for business growth.
Prepare business cases and feasibility reports for management review.

Project Development
Support current project launches and business expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with finance, operations, HR, marketing, and legal teams for successful execution.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.

Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly business development reports and growth forecasts.
Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
