SEO & AEO Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Optimize websites for search engines and improve organic rankings.
Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Optimize website structure, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized and AI-friendly content.
Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.




Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search optimization is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools.
Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify SEO.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Certification in Google Analytics or SEO-related platforms.
Knowledge of AI search trends and content optimization for LLMs.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
