We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Production Manager
to lead our manufacturing operations in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Position Summary

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, food safety compliance, process optimization, and team management.

Experience in Pet Food Manufacturing is mandatory. Candidates without pet food production experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing efficiency, yields, wastage, and productivity.




Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.

Quality & Food Safety
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, FDA, and other applicable food safety standards.
Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain product consistency.
Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

Process Improvement
Identify prospects to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
Optimize manufacturing processes for Himalayan Cheese Chews, Sustainable Protein Treats, and Lickable Cat Treats.
Reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Team Management
Lead and manage production supervisors, operators, and plant staff.
Conduct training programs on SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
