Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Manufacturing Units, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Educational Institutions, Residential Townships, and Industrial Facilities.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, corporate customers, consultants, and channel partners.
Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and successful closure of contracts.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Soft Services, Hard Services, Technical Services, and Specialized Facility S
