Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Lead to own enterprise reporting transformation for a strategic Salesforce Data 360 initiative. The role will lead Tableau Cloud reporting modernisation, existing report rationalisation, dashboard design, stakeholder engagement, UAT support, and adoption of a streamlined reporting landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Tableau reporting strategy, dashboard modernisation, and reporting consolidation activities.
Assess current reporting assets, identify redundancies, and define report rationalisation / migration approach.
Design and develop scalable, performant Tableau Cloud dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical reporting.
Collaborate with business, Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to validate reporting needs and dependencies.
Establish Tableau design standards, governance practices, reusable templates,



and dashboard performance guidelines.
Support requirements workshops, dashboard walkthroughs, UAT, stakeholder sign-offs, deployment, and production rollout.
Mentor Tableau developers and provide delivery oversight for report build, validation, and adoption.
