The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying prospects to submission and follow-up. The role requires robust attention to detail, coordination skills, and knowledge of government and private tender procedures, especially in safety solutions or industrial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Search & Identification
Monitor portals like GEM, e-Procurement, CPPP, and other government/private websites
Identify relevant tenders aligned with company products/services
Analyze eligibility criteria and feasibility
Tender Documentation
Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & commercial bids)
Ensure all documents comply with tender requirements
Maintain checklist for accurate submission
L1 Compression & Vendor Assessment, Catalogue Listing.
Knowledge About third- Party Inspection.
Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance,
legal)
Collect required documents such as certificates, datasheets, and pricing
Communicate with vendors/partners if needed
Bid Preparation & Submission
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and pricing sheets
Submit tenders online/offline within deadlines
Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions

Verify technical specifications and eligibility criteria
Ensure adherence to company policies and tender guidelines
Maintain updated records of certifications and licenses
Follow-Up & Tracking
Track submitted tenders and maintain status reports
Follow up for results, clarifications, and negotiations
Handle post-tender queries
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain database of tenders (submitted, won, lost)
