Role & responsibilities
To source and achieve targeted vehicle business as per the business requirement.
To be responsible for individual sales target completion.
To generate lead via conducting multiple sourcing activities.
To be responsible for maintaining positive relationships for the assigned DSA.
To source current business channels, managing existing partner, and current business avenue.
To be responsible for PDD closure of cases sourced by self.
To resolute customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned department.
To be responsible for early (X-Bucket) bucket collection & managing delinquency.
To co-ordinate with collection team at field level in building a healthy sales portfolio.
Responsible for cross selling business of the products as per the policy of the company.
To ensure that the acquired cases do not fall under non-starter & early delinquent cases as per the norms of the company.
