Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer who can create engaging, search-engine-optimized, and conversion-focused content for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of SEO, content marketing funnels, search intent, EEAT principles, and lead-generation content strategies.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across multiple formats, including blogs, locality pages, project pages, builder profiles, landing pages, market reports, website content,



email campaigns, and social media content.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Content Writing
Write high-quality SEO blogs (2,000+ words)
Create and optimize locality pages
Develop project pages and builder profile pages
Write real estate investment guides and market insights
Build pillar pages and topic clusters
Update and optimize existing website content
Ensure content aligns with user search intent and SEO best practices

SEO Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Map keywords based on search intent
Implement on-page SEO best practices
Create compelling meta titles and meta descriptions
Build effective internal linking structures
Apply EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles
Understand schema markup basics
Monitor content performance through Google Search Console and SEO tools
