We are looking for an experienced distribution leader who can work closely with the Promoter and leadership team to build a scalable, high-performance, and professionally managed Samsung distribution business.

Drive topline growth and market expansion
Build strong channel and retail relationships
Lead sales, operations, supply chain, and commercial execution
Build scalable systems and organizational processes

Develop second-line leadership and robust teams
Ensure strong working capital and credit discipline
Build a high-performance and people-centric culture




Work closely with Samsung leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Candidate Profile:
15+ years of experience in telecom, consumer electronics, distribution, or retail ecosystem
Solid understanding of channel distribution and market execution
Proven experience in scaling businesses and teams
Entrepreneurial yet process-oriented
Strong people leadership capability
Comfortable working closely with promoters in a high-growth environment

Pay: ₹13,976.06 - ₹58,257.21 per month
