Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of FMCG sales experience with 2–3 years as ASM/Team Lead.
Solid knowledge of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh part of the state markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
