About the Trainee Role

This trainee role offers practical exposure to Staffing Operations, Vendor Management, Recruitment Coordination, and Resume Management. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume modification, interview coordination, vendor communication, recruitment reporting, and HR operations while working closely with the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.

Resume Management & Modification
Review,



edit, and format resumes as per client and company standards.
Customize candidate profiles according to job descriptions and client requirements.
Ensure resumes are accurate, skilled, and updated.
Highlight relevant skills, certifications, projects, and experience for submissions.
Maintain a repository of candidate resumes and profiles.

Vendor Management
Coordinate with staffing vendors, recruitment partners, and consultants.
Track candidate submissions received from vendors.
Maintain vendor databases and performance records.
Follow up with vendors for candidate updates and requirement closures.
Assist in managing vendor documentation and compliance records.

Recruitment Operations
Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring trackers.
Update and maintain recruitment data in internal systems.
Assist in offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation.
