Job Description
Lead and execute R&D; projects aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and strategic growth initiatives.
Drive innovation by generating new ideas and managing multiple strategic and business-driven development projects.
Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, feasibility studies, and technology assessments to develop commercially viable synthetic routes.
Design, optimize, and scale chemical processes to improve product quality, yield, safety, and cost competitiveness.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to ensure effective execution of R&D; activities and project milestones.
Coordinate procurement of raw materials, chemicals,



catalysts, analytical standards, and laboratory consumables.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and rapid development solutions to business and manufacturing teams.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process and technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful R&D; Head Should Have
Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, process chemistry, and scale-up principles.
Hands-on experience with analytical characterization techniques and interpretation of analytical data.
Solid understanding of process optimization, cost reduction, and manufacturing support.
Familiarity with intellectual property, patent analysis, and technology evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
Solid communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
