Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards before serving.
Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Refill water, beverages, and other table essentials as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Support teammates during busy service hours.
Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant manager.
Requirements
