Key ResponsibilitiesA. Reception & Front Office
Welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and guests professionally.
Maintain the Visitor Register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Inform the concerned department about visitor arrivals.
Attend and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Record key messages and forward them to the concerned person.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
Receive and dispatch couriers, parcels, and official documents.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments for visitors.
B. Cash Handling
Receive cash payments from customers and issue receipts.
Make authorized cash payments as per company policy.
Maintain the Daily Cash Book accurately.
Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the Accounts Department.
Ensure proper documentation for all cash receipts and payments.
Maintain petty cash records.
Deposit cash into the bank as instructed by management.
Reconcile physical cash with cash book at the end of each working day.
Immediately report any cash discrepancies to management.

Administrative Work
Maintain inward and outward correspondence registers.
File invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other office documents.
Assist HR in maintaining employee attendance records when required.
Maintain office stationery records and coordinate procurement requirements.
Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Knowledge of Tally or accounting software will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or Front Office Executive.
